Shipping and returns
PRAIA uses Australia Post for regular domestic deliveries and DHL for domestic and international express deliveries.

New Zealand customers
Due to the close proximity of New Zealand to Australia, International shipping is $34.99 for NZ customers.
All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and require a signature.
Orders placed between Sunday and midnight EST Thursday are fulfilled within 48 hours of receipt and always before the weekend.
All orders received after midnight EST on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.
Express packages are given priority and in most cases will go out the same day.
Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by address or payment verification.
Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. PRAIA is unable to reroute packages.
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes.
Tracking your order
Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order.
This message will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.
PRAIA will exchange or refund goods received back to us within 20 days of the order date. All goods must be returned unused, in the original packaging and in perfect condition. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges.
If there was a mistake on the part of PRAIA or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges. If you have any problems or need to return your order, please contact us.
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. PRAIA will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
Order changes and cancellation
PRAIA is not able to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.
